Meet Our Team

Terry has extensive experience in providing Accounting Services, Tax Services, Estate Planning, and Business Planning and Management Services.  His experience in providing both Accounting Services and Tax Services have included individuals, partnerships, small business corporations, corporations, LLCs, trusts, estates, and non-profit entities.

Terry graduated in May of 1977 from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  Upon graduation, he began working for a large non-profit organization which gave him the experience of living in the states of Maine, Georgia, Texas, and Idaho.  After a few months of living in Idaho, he knew he had found home.

Terry holds a Certified Public Accountant license issued by the Idaho State Board of Accountancy dated September, 1984. He is a member of the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Terry lives in Boise with his wife, Darlene.  They have four grown daughters who have given them eight grandchildren. In his spare time, Terry enjoys golfing, cheering for the BSU Broncos, and relaxing in Valley County.

Tabbatha has been in the public accounting field since 1999 where she began her career working for a local accounting firm while she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree at Boise State University. Tabbatha obtained experience in small business consulting, accounting strategies, and tax planning for individuals as well as partnerships and corporations. Her experience includes providing tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, LLCs, Trusts, Estates, and Non-Profit entities.

Tabbatha holds a Certified Public Accountant license issued by the Idaho State Board of Accountancy dated January 2017. She is a member of the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tabbatha lives in Boise with her husband, Tom. They have three grown children and one grandchild. In her spare time she enjoys camping, hiking, and relaxing with a good book.

Jeff has worked for a number of years providing accounting and tax services to individuals, partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, LLCs, and Non-Profit entities. Jeff attended Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, and graduated with a degree in Political Science. After having worked in a variety of industries, he ultimately went back to school and obtained a Masters Degree in Accountancy in 2012. Since then, he has worked in public accounting while earning his CPA license in 2017. He is a member of the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeff was born and raised in California, and has also lived in Oregon and Texas, but now feels grateful to call Idaho home. Jeff lives in Boise with his wife, Lora. They have two grown children. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring all that Idaho has to offer.

Kristina is the newest addition to our office and is the first point of contact as you enter the office or call. She is always here to greet you with a smile. Kristina is a 4th generation Idaho native. She was born and raised in Middleton and is married with two grown children and a grandson. She comes to us with a wealth of experience she has gained through working for wonderful companies in the Treasure Valley.

Kristina’s passion is her family which she values above all else. Close behind that is her passion and love of weightlifting, working with her hands, and learning. We are so happy to have Kristina as part of our team. She keeps the ship sailing smoothly!

Shalyse is a bookkeeper and payroll specialist. Since becoming a member of our team in 2018, Shalyse has continue to work in payroll, tax preparation, and other accounting services. She earned her Associates of Arts Degree in General Business at the College of Western Idaho and is currently in the process of obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Human Resource Management at Boise State University. Shalyse is a great supporter of everyone in the office and always jumps in on projects whenever needed.

Shalyse was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and resides in Meridian with your husband and young son. While not in the office, she enjoys staying active playing golf, doing DIY projects, and raising her growing toddler. Family is Shalyse’s passion and she cherishes every moment spent with them.

Lauren comes to us with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting which she earned at Boise State University. Lauren has a strong foundation in accounting and tax, gained collectively through her academic studies and hands-on experience at the IRS as well as the VITA program. Her time with the IRS gave her a unique perspective on tax administration and compliance, which she now brings to her work with individuals and businesses alike.

Lauren is currently studying for the CPA exam and is committed to growing her expertise to better serve clients. She values the trust our clients place in the firm and believes in taking the time to understand their goals so she can provide accurate, thoughtful support. Lauren is passionate about our firm’s mission of making clients feel seen and heard because to us, clients are never just numbers.

Lauren was born and raised in Boise along with her four siblings, and enjoys hiking local trails, painting, and cooking.
